How do I put a romper on my child?

Our rompers are great because of how soft and stretchy they are. Getting them on and off your child through the neck hole is a breeze while still maintaining the shape of the garment.  Please see our  “how to video”


How do I care for and launder my RAGS?

To maintain shape and color of your garment, we recommend machine washing cold and tumble dry low or hang dry.


How do I determine which size to purchase for my child?

Please measure your child and compare that to our sizing chart.

Our rompers fit true to size; but fit depends on your child and your fit preference.

If you like the ‘baggier’ look, we recommend sizing up.

If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wearability.

Our tee’s also fit true to size, but fit depends on your child and how you like them to fit.

Our tees feature a drop back and are created with a slimmer/longer fit than the average child’s tee.



My Tank Romper is shorter than my Sleeved Romper?

Our tank-top rompers are made to hit above the ankle while our sleeved rompers should hit the ankle.


I have a crawling baby or small toddler; how will a romper hold up?

Rompers are perfect for your little ones! They are soft and stretchy, allowing your child to move comfortably without restriction! Like any child’s clothing item, our clothing is subject to wear and tear.


The item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

While we do restock items, not all items will be restocked.


What fabrics do you use?

Most of our items are made of a very soft and stretchy spandex/jersey knit fabric.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We love sending RAGS around the world.

Shipping charges vary depending on where you live and the weight of your order.

We do try to keep taxes and duties as low as possible, however, you will be responsible for your country’s sales tax.



What is your return policy?

Where is my order?

Thank you for purchasing RAGS! You can check your order status here.

We hope to ship all orders both domestic and international orders within 3-5 business days of purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited and priority shipping orders will ship the following business day. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.


My order has shipped but hasn’t arrived?

Please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking information. 

 

My order's tracking shows 'delivered' but I haven't received it?

Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

 

If you are sold out of an item in one size, can I buy another size of the same item and exchange it later?

We do not recommend buying the incorrect size to exchange for an out of stock size because we do not restock all items.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Rags is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.


Can I alter my order before it has shipped?

We are not able to combine shipping on multiple orders placed as all orders are shipped individually.

Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to alter an order once it has been placed.

Our fulfillment center frequently ships within hours of ordering.

On RELEASE DATES only; if you notice a discrepancy on your order please email us within ONE hour of the release time (we cannot guarantee that we will be able to intervene before processing, but we will do our best!). We are not able to cancel an order once processing has begun so contact us within ONE HOUR of the release time.
